Add a Survey or an Assignment to Your Webpage Free of Charge!!
To add a survey or an assignment, go to "More" under the elements section. Then click "forms." Drag and drop the "Survey" element into your website.
To edit the content, click each box individually, and use the toolbar that appears at the top of the survey/assignment. When you click inside your survey/assignment, you are offered additional elements, such as a drop down menu, short/long answer questions, yes/no options, etc.
You can have the results emailed to you or an account of your choice! You can view entries by clicking inside your survey/assignment and clicking "View Entries." Get creative and have fun!
